Step 01
Brief intake
Send a brief — text, sketch, reference photos, or a Pinterest mood board. Our WitAI platform parses it, structures the request, and flags any missing information.
Step 02
Origin and supplier recommendation
We recommend the origin (region and country) plus a shortlist of qualified factories, with the rationale for each. You see why we're recommending what we're recommending.
Step 03
Negotiation and quoting
We negotiate factory pricing, terms, MOQs, lead times, and certifications. You receive an all-inclusive quote covering production, certifications, customs, freight, logistics, and project management.
Step 04
Sample round
Samples land in 1–4 weeks depending on category and origin. We strongly recommend at least one round before scaling — defect cost on a 5,000-unit production run dwarfs the sample investment.
Step 05
Production handoff
Once samples are approved, we book the production line, run quality control during production, and hand off to logistics for shipment to your warehouse.
