Step 01
Pre-shipment planning
Once production is approved, we plan the shipment: FCL vs LCL, port pairs, carrier booking, expected transit time. Trade-offs (cost vs speed) come with the rationale.
Step 02
Cargo consolidation
We consolidate cargo at origin where it makes sense, label and pack to your destination requirements, and book the vessel.
Step 03
Customs and documentation
All import documentation prepared in advance. EU clients receive the full pack: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificates of origin, CE/REACH/RoHS attestations where applicable. Customs is cleared by our broker network.
Step 04
Last-mile delivery
Final-leg delivery to your warehouse, distribution centre, or fulfilment partner. We coordinate the appointment and the delivery photos go into the project record.
